Access of Information

1. Obtain a recommended letter (RTI 02) after handed over your request letter (RTI 01) or oral declaration.

2. Acknowledge within 14 days whether ability of your request.

3. Only decided to give information you will be sent relevant information (with in 14days) under regulation of commission about chargers.

4. After the payment, if it is discomfort to give information, you will be informed by the information officer to extend the time but you will be received information       within 21 days. (RTI 06)

5. If the request connected with a life and personal independence, will reply within 48 hours.

6. With reference to the request,

• Acceptance or rejection of the request.

• Accession or refusing with regard to the regulation of 5^th section in act (institute)

• In acclimation of term not mentioned by act.

• According information not completed or culpable.Over charging (Sur charging)   

• Refusing, requested information according to the requested format.

• If citizen think he/she is given information he or she can appeal within 14 days to appeal officer with justify reasons.
